 Investment
in appropriate precision equipment means that Abacus
can offer a high quality cutting and deburring
service, either of our own tubes prior to shipment,
or of customers own free-issue tubes.
Where the temper of the material is critical, Abacus
has the facilities to carry out hardness testing
and provide HV5/HV10 readings for any sample. This service
is also available for tube samples not originally supplied
by Abacus.
Copper tube can be coated in PVC/LDPE
in a range of colours, and is usually offered in 30Mtr
coils although longer lengths are available on certain
sizes.
Brass tubes can be polished if required
and sleeved in polythene to protect the finish.
Dedicated labelling to customers own
requirements is also available for coils packed in sealed
polythene bags.
